Darell is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner for Arena and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s acquisitions and investor relations. A 15-year real estate industry veteran with extensive experience, Darell has operated commercial and residential real estate throughout Manhattan, the Hudson Valley, Miami, Chicago, and Los Angeles. Darell received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Rhode Island. He sits on the boards of the St. Mary’s Healthcare System for Children’s FOSM Committee, the Jewish National Fund, the Anti-Defamation League’s NextGen Real Estate Committee, and is a former board member of the Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association. Darell is also an avid fitness enthusiast, having recently completed his first triathlon.
Scott is a Co-Founder and Senior Partner of Arena focused on acquisitions, business development, and community engagement. Scott has been active in the Tri-State real estate industry for over 20 years and has cultivated relationships with third-party capital partners and fund investors. Scott has also been instrumental in establishing connection to local governments and housing agencies, allowing Arena to continue it’s development of affordable housing opportunities. Scott received his Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University.
Steven is a Senior Partner for Arena with a focus on acquisitions and property-level operations. Steven brings with him over a decade of real estate experience. At Solil Management, Steven served as an Executive Vice President overseeing 12.5 million square feet of real estate. Steven’s experience in ground-up development at Extell Development Company and subsequently at Solil provides Arena Capital Partners with a unique perspective as it scales through creative local projects. Steven received his Bachelor’s Degree from Vanderbilt University and his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.Steven currently serves on the Board of Directors of JW Mays, Inc (NASDAQ: MAYS), a real estate management company based in Brooklyn, NY.
Kyle is a Partner for Arena and an instrumental piece of the growing acquisitions team, helping to identify premier opportunities for investors across a variety of submarkets throughout the Northeast. In addition to sourcing new investment opportunities, Kyle serves a critical role in property management and tenant relations. He has spearheaded numerous initiatives adding to the efficiency of operations across the portfolio. Kyle received his Bachelor’s Degree from Vanderbilt University. Kyle serves as an Associate Board Member for GiGi’s Playhouse, as well as SCOPE, which provides summer camp opportunities for underprivileged youth. Most recently Kyle was named by the Commercial Observer as one of the Top Young Professionals in Real Estate in New York.
